8-Ball Local Team Championships

APA Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill 8-Ball Local Team Championships (also known as City Tournaments) are held three times a year, following the conclusion of each session. Every tournament is an opportunity to qualify for the APA World Championships held in Las Vegas, NV at the Westgate Hotel and Casino. The number of teams qualifying each year is based on our 8-Ball team count during the Spring Session preceding the World Championships.  Currently, we are qualifying four 8-Ball teams a year.
To be eligible to compete in an 8-Ball Local Team Championship, the team must earn their slot during regular session league play.  Teams winning Big Dawg and Division Playoffs qualify for the 8-Ball LTC each session.  Teams must stay active the next session with at least a 50% roster (4 of the same members) to be eligible to compete in the 8-Ball Local Team Championships.
